Fermented with a lager yeast, but treated in every other way as a cask ale, save for a week or two of cool conditioning prior to release. Named after the misty mountain near Pitlochry. Has won numerous awards as a cask conditioned beer, including three times gold winner at the Great British Beer Festival.
