Mrs Otto says
Indulge your inner scientist with this delicious pale ale. It's brewed at the Rat and Ratchet in Huddersfield, one of Osset's microbreweries. These smaller plants allow for some experimentation with the recipes that isn't possible in the bigger, main breweries. Where good chemistry meets good brewing, good beer is the result.
N.B. No rats were harmed during the making of this beer! |
Stables | Silver Buckles | 4.4 | An India Pale Ale. Light and golden biscuit with a grapefruit finish. |
Thornbridge | Wild Swan | 3.5 | White gold in colour with aromas of light bitter lemon. A hint of herbs and a subtle spiciness. A great refreshing beer. |
