There is some toffee there, but it won't overpower you and it soon gives way to a wonderful hoppy taste that lingers and lingers.

Indulge your inner scientist with this delicious pale ale. It's brewed at the Rat and Ratchet in Huddersfield, one of Osset's microbreweries. These smaller plants allow for some experimentation with the recipes that isn't possible in the bigger, main breweries. Where good chemistry meets good brewing, good beer is the result.
