This beer pours a crisp pale yellow with slow rising white foam. It has aromas of wood oil and lemon zest on the nose. There are gentle melon malts and sharp citrus hops flavours. Sweet comeback and a tart dry end. Soft, sticky and medium-bodied, very British yet so American and is another winner from Dark Star. It's a great thirst quencher but beware the ABV. |
