Bank Top	Bolton, Greater Manchester	Old Slapper	4.2	A true blonde! Brewed with dwarf Hilary hops, the initial fruitiness is complimented by a pronounced hoppiness in the finish.
Bank Top	Bolton, Greater Manchester	Pavillion Pale Ale	4.5	This ale is extremely pale. The flavour is well rounded using primarily First Gold Hops and Cascade to finish.
Bathams	Brierley Hill, West Midlands	Best Bitter	4.3	A straw-coloured bitter which initially seems sweet, but a complex dry, hoppy taste soon predominates.

Brass Castle	Malton, North Yorkshire	Cliffhanger	3.8	Malty nose with hints of grapefruit, initially sweet with golden fruity malt, then drying rapidly with a sharp citrus and herbal bitterness, really well balanced and refreshing.

Dark Star	Haywards Heath, West Sussex	Espresso Stout	4.2	Specially blended and ground espresso coffee beans are added to the copper along with the late hops to produce this dark, rich stout.

Exmoor	Taunton, Somerset	Exmoor Gold	4.5	Exmoor Gold is an appetising and enticing gold in colour. Bittersweet with hints of citrus fruit weaving in and out.
First Chop	Salford, Greater Manchester	SYL	6.2	A black jaggery IPA! Lots going on here, hoppy with a smoky spiciness in the background.
First Chop	Salford, Greater Manchester	TEA	5	Inspired by my love of modern American pale ales. TEA is a full bodied 5% pale ale made with three malts.
Fyne Ales	Cairndow, Argyll	Avalanche	4.5	Clear golden. Dry, clean citrus hop taste with a bitter finish.
Fyne Ales	Cairndow, Argyll	Jarl	3.8	A full-on citrus experience. Light and golden, a perfect ale for whiling away the hours on a sunny day.
Fyne Ales	Cairndow, Argyll	Superior IPA	7.5	A step beyond a regular IPA. Light orange, nose is floral, pine, taste is juicy citrus and pine.
Goody	Herne Bay, Kent	Good Life	3.9	Fresh tasting pale ale, bursting with citrus flavours, a host of golden hops.
Happy Valley	Macclesfield, Cheshire	Bollywood IPA	5.9	Not for the faint hearted. Dangerously drinkable! Rounded malt flavours work with a blend of bitterness and hop character with a deep and intense richness.
Hardknott	Millom, Cumbria	Infra Red	6.5	This IPA is not particularly Pale. In fact it’s a deep ruby red. Resinous hop flavours, with some tinned fruit and grapefruit. Finish was caramel, aniseed and bitter spruce-like hops.

Hophurst	Hindley, Greater Manchester	Flaxen	3.7	An English pale golden ale with earthy hoppy aroma with hints of honey and a long refreshing finish.
Hydes	Salford, Greater Manchester	Prague	4.8	A strong dark ale brewed by Hydes studio.
Ilkley	Ilkley, West Yorkshire	Black	3.7	The blend of 5 malts used in the mash give a smooth, mellow easy to drink malt flavour with a hint of liquorices in the finish.
J.W. Lees	Middleton, Manchester	Manchester Pale Ale	3.7	Pale brown colour. Aroma has a touch of apple and grass. Balanced malty flavour with a light bitter finish.

Kite	Rhondda Cynon Taff, Mid Glamorgan	Uncle Sam’s APA	5.1	An American Pale Ale with a good malt and hop balance, don’t let it blow you away!
Lymm	Warrington, Cheshire	Dam Strong	7.2	Red-copper colour. Aroma has some candy seetness and banana. Thick, rich texture. A sweet, fruity, malty flavour.
Mad Cat	Faversham, Kent	Mild Disobedience	4	Dark clear dark brown. It’s got quite a chocolate aroma that fades and waters towards a slightly bitter finish.
Mallinsons	Huddersfield, West Yorkshire	Nelson Sauvin	3.8	A golden coloured ale, with a lovely citrusy grapefruit nose, a hoppy citrus taste followed by a similar finish.
Martland Mill	Wigan, Greater Manchester	Lancashire Loom	4.2	A light golden ale bursting with a real fruit punch of grapefruit, lychees and lemon with a slight floral note.

Prospect	Wigan, Greater Manchester	Nutty Slack	3.9	A delicious dark mild with hints of liquorice and a smooth malty taste. Stan’s favourite beer.
Rockin’ Robin	Boughton Monchelsea, Kent	Reliant Robin	4.2	Classic best bitter with hop notes and a spicy finish.
Sarah Hughes	Dudley, West Midlands	Dark Ruby Mild	6	Quite swiggable for a beer festival favourite. But one cannot drink a lot of this because it will sell out fast!
Seven Bro7hers	Salford, Greater Manchester	IPA	4.5	Gold with white head. There is a pleasant hoppy kick right from the start with this beer, orange marmalade notes, quite juicy with an underlying sweetness.
Sky’s Edge	Sheffield, South Yorkshire	Hop Monster	4.5	An American Pale Ale. Astringent line aroma, some pepper lurking. Syrupy, sharp citrus, then a mouth filling dry bitterness that finishes tart.
Stringers	Ulverston, Cumbria	Yellow Lorry	4	Pale golden coloured with citrus and toffee flavours, bitter woody notes and a bitter-sweet fruity finish.
Tempest	Tweedbank, Roxburghshire	Emanation Pale Ale	4.5	An eminently quaffable ale with a creamy copper hue and a light caramel sweetness. A rich hop fuels the piney, citrus aroma.
Thornbridge	Bakewell, Derbyshire	Jaipur	5.9	A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Westerham	Edenbridge, Kent	Audit Ale	6.2	Based on a 1938 recipe a full body, very well-balanced and drinkable strong ale.
