Brewed with gently-kilned malts and an aromatic blend of American hops, this 3.8% beer has exceptional poise. Its distinct hop flavour leads to a refreshing and dry finish.

Dark Star	Haywards Heath, West Sussex	American Pale Ale	4.7	A classic American style IPA. Mrs Otto says This beer pours a crisp pale yellow with slow rising white foam. It has aromas of wood oil and lemon zest on the nose. There are gentle melon malts and sharp citrus hops flavours. Sweet comeback and a tart dry end. Soft, sticky and medium-bodied, very British yet so American and is another winner from Dark Star. It’s a great thirst quencher but beware the ABV.

Also known as Critical Mess! Mrs Otto says Pours nice ruby-red with a fine, staying, creamy beige head. Aroma has toasted caramel, chocolate, mildly vinious, blackberries, figs. Low carbonation, fine oily and fat mouthfeel. Flavour is pleasant, chocolate, light tar, blackberries (the sweet ones). Fat maltiness, vinious and warming. Lovely, staying malty bitterness. Yum.
